SP-800 Portable Turbidity Colorimetric Analyzer
The SP-800 Portable Turbidity Colorimetric Analyzer incorporates over 50 colorimetric detection parameters. It features high sensitivity, uses battery power, and works with auxiliary colorimetric reagent kits, enabling on-site rapid detection of multiple water quality parameters. For turbidity detection, it adopts mature and advanced 90° scattering technology. The detection light sources include a warm white LED and an infrared LED: the warm white LED has a color temperature of approximately 3200K, complying with the USEPA 180.1 standard, while the infrared LED meets the EN ISO 7027-1999 European standard. During colorimetric measurement, the SP-800 displays a dynamic "concentration-time" curve. If the displayed concentration reaches a stable value before the preset time period, the user can terminate the timing in advance and read the value directly.
This unique function enables quick identification of measurements below or above a certain range and can predict long-duration measurements, solving many user pain points. For example, in the detection of phosphate using the ascorbic acid-platinum blue method, if the displayed concentration reaches a stable value within 1 minute, there is no need to wait for the full 2 minutes!
Typical Applications
Water quality analysis solutions for industrial/commercial water treatment systems and boiler systems
Water quality testing in industries such as municipal sewage, tap water, and hydrology
Instrument Features
The SP-800 is a portable turbidity colorimetric analyzer that integrates Pyxis’ advanced technology in the field of optical measurement, capable of detecting over 60 water quality parameters.
Innovative technology platform: It supports colorimetric measurement with over 6 LED wavelengths, comes with built-in color measurement methods, and enables reagent-free operation.
Reagent kits and pre-prepared reagent tubes can be optionally configured based on needs.
It can store 8GB of test data (including test time).
Bluetooth communication: Via Pyxis’ uPyxis software, users can independently define standard curves, and view historical data or perform data analysis on mobile phones or computers.
