ST-760 Series Online Free Chlorine Sensors

        The ST-760 Series Online Free Chlorine Sensors adopt a proprietary electrochemical principle, featuring a membrane-free, electrolyte-free, and consumable-free design. Equipped with innovative electronic activation cleaning for electrodes, they ensure long-term stable operation. The ST-765SS model comes with a replaceable electrode tip, further reducing the post-operation and maintenance costs of the sensor. It also has a built-in transmitter, supporting digital or analog signal output. Its simplified design allows for on-site installation, calibration, and operation.

        The ST-760 Online Free Chlorine Sensor includes temperature compensation and pH compensation. Through a unique algorithm, it maintains high accuracy even when exposed to a wide range of flow rate variations. Additionally, it offers the world’s first 3-parameter composite sensor, enabling a single sensor to output three parameters: free chlorine, pH, and temperature—making it the optimal choice for on-site applications such as tap water, secondary water supply, and swimming pools.

Instrument Features

  • Adopts a proprietary electrochemical principle, with dual-parameter compensation (temperature and pH). A unique algorithm significantly reduces the impact of flow rate on free chlorine measurement.

  • Features innovative electronic activation cleaning for electrodes, no mechanical parts, and ensures long-term stable operation.

  • The ST-765SS model has a replaceable electrode tip, and its membrane-free, electrolyte-free, and consumable-free design results in extremely low daily maintenance and operating costs when used in tap water or drinking water conditions.

  • Built-in transmitter: No preamplifier or display unit required, directly outputting isolated RS485 and 4-20mA signals for more stable and accurate long-distance transmission.

  • Calibration, data logging, and diagnostics can be performed on a PC or smartphone via a Bluetooth/USB adapter.

  • Self-cleaning flat electrode design for easy maintenance and cleaning. An optional self-cleaning flow cell is available, which uses water flow to drive a cleaning brush for real-time cleaning of the electrode tip. This effectively handles harsh water quality and greatly extends the sensor’s maintenance cycle.

  • World’s first 3-parameter composite sensor: A single sensor detects 3 parameters (free chlorine, pH, and temperature), with values output via RS485 communication.

  • Undergoes pressurized aging test and pre-calibration before delivery, and is shipped safely with protective solution.

  • Standard IP67 aviation connector, which can be directly connected to Pyxis UC-50/UC-100 universal controllers.
