        Online sludge concentration meters are widely used in the environmental protection industry. They can be applied in sewage treatment plants to measure sludge concentration, evaluate the quality of activated sludge, and monitor the entire biochemical treatment process. In water treatment plants (tap water), they are used for turbidity measurement of filter backwash water, as well as turbidity measurement of raw water and sedimentation tank effluent. Additionally, they are used to monitor water quality during industrial production processes.

        The LT-635 Online Sludge Concentration Meter adopts dual-beam infrared and absorption light detection for turbidity/suspended solids concentration measurement. Near-infrared light eliminates color interference, while the latest dual-wavelength turbidity detection technology and flat-end easy-clean design significantly improve detection accuracy, stability, and durability in complex environments. It also comes standard with a self-cleaning scraper that periodically cleans the optical detection surface—making it more suitable for high-turbidity sewage conditions and simplifying operation and maintenance.

Instrument Features

• Warm white light and infrared dual-wavelength design, paired with four-beam infrared detection technology—further improving the accuracy of sludge concentration measurement over a wide range (measurement range up to 30g/L).

• Flat-end self-cleaning design: Equipped with an optical flat end and self-cleaning scraper, it is more suitable for high-turbidity sewage and greatly reduces the need for manual cleaning and maintenance.

• Can be calibrated for TSS (Total Suspended Solids) / MLSS (Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids) based on sample concentration.

• Built-in transmitter: No preamplifier or display unit required, directly outputting isolated RS485 and 4-20mA signals for more stable and accurate long-distance transmission.

• Calibration, data logging, and diagnostics can be performed on a PC or smartphone via a Bluetooth adapter.

• Undergoes pressurized aging test and pre-calibration before delivery, allowing direct on-site deployment.

• Standard IP67 aviation connector, which can be directly connected to Pyxis UC-50/UC-100 universal controllers.
